Go to settings on your mobile phone and there you will find apps. Open the apps and select our Bluboy app to enable the notifications.

You can choose a profile picture and email ID from the player profile section. Players can change the profile information anytime except for their registered mobile number. 

Currently, you cannot view the profile of other profiles. You will only be able to see the Bluboy ID and profile picture of the other players playing along with you in the same tournament.

Your player profile is private, and it can be viewed only by yourself. 

You can select tournaments from the Bluboy app home screen. Subscribe to any game tournaments for free.

To join any game on the app, simply open the game where you will find the tournaments of the game. Subscribe to the game tournament by correctly entering the displayed CAPTCHA. 

You can participate and play all our game tournaments for free.

The winning details can be found on the game tournament page of the app.

Yes, you can participate in multiple tournaments of different games simultaneously, if the tournaments are happening at the same time. 

Except for Tambola, regular game tournaments have unlimited lives. For premium games, you will be given 1 lives for each game (attempts). Once you run out of all your lives, you can buy different life packs to improve your chances of winning tournaments. 

You will have 1 life for each premium game.

There are 2 types of life packs, and you can choose any of them when you run out of your attempts. They are: 

1. 1. Basic Life Pack: Provides 3+1 lives for Rs. 100/-** (life pack validity is tournament specific )
   2. Unlimited Lives Pack: Grants unlimited lives for three premium games for a month at Rs. 2000/-** 

Winners are determined based on the type of tournament. To know in detail, check the tournaments section in the app.

Winners are announced after the completion of the tournament.

The winner’s list will be available on the leaderboard screen in the tournaments section of the app.

Yes, players can select the tournament in their tournament history, which displays the leaderboard of the tournament with all the required details including the winners.

Withdraw process as player can withdraw only after 12 HRS of completion of tournament.

You have two options to withdraw your winnings: you can request a withdrawal of the winning amount directly, or you can opt to receive it as an Amazon gift coupon. However, please note that there will be a 30% TDS deduction on all winnings. 

Yes, you can update your KYC information in case it is rejected, or you need to add a new beneficiary. Once your KYC is approved then you cannot update it anymore.

KYC is only required for winners to withdraw money. Other players do not require KYC verification.

We do not share the KYC details of the players with anybody. KYC details of the winners are only used for legal and income tax regulations.  

The KYC information includes name, address , location, identification documents like a government-issued PAN or Aadhaar.

Bluboy gaming app requires KYC information to verify the identity and age of winners. This helps ensure compliance with legal regulations, age restrictions, and prevention of fraud or unauthorized access.

Starting June 1st, the UPI withdrawal limit will be Rs 5,000. If the winnings exceed this amount, players must use the NEFT withdrawal method.

The minimum amount is Rs 100/-

A Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) of 30% will be applied to all winnings on the Bluboy app. This deduction is in compliance with tax regulations and will be automatically calculated and deducted from the player’s winnings. 

The 30% TDS applies to all winnings defined by tax regulations.

After the game tournament ends, the winnings reflecting in the players wallet will be the amount after deduction of TDS. However, the TDS breakup for the same will be shown to the player when they are withdrawing the winning amount from the wallet. Additionally the TDS breakup will also be shown in the transaction history screen. 

TDS rates are mandated by tax laws, and changes to the rates is not in the scope of Bluboy. We will update the TDS rates if there is any change made by the tax authorities.

You have the opportunity to withdraw your winnings within the current financial year. However, if you fail to do so, your winning amount will be automatically added to your deposit wallet. This deposit wallet balance can then be utilized for making in-app purchases. 

Bluboy deposits the TDS to the government under Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act.

All players must refrain from using or sharing any vulgar or indecent content. This includes images, text, or any other media that are considered offensive, obscene, or not suitable for a community setting. Violation of this policy will result in account deletion. 

Yes, the player name should reflect common decency and respect for others. It should not be vulgar, offensive, or have the potential to hurt the sentiments of other players or groups. Inappropriate usernames are subject to moderation and may require change. 

If the username is found to be vulgar or offensive, the said user will be prompted to change it to continue accessing the platform and will have time of 3 days to do the same. Persistent use of an inappropriate name may lead to account suspension or deletion. 

If anyone encounters any content or usernames that violate the company’s guidelines, please contact our customer support team. We take such reports seriously and will take appropriate action. 

Yes, sharing vulgar content is against our community standards and can result in immediate account deletion. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for all players. 

To avoid confusion and maintain brand integrity, player names cannot contain the name ‘Bluboy‘ or any variation that could be mistaken for official representation. Usernames found to include our company name in any form will need to be changed to comply with our policy. Failure to do so may result in account restrictions. Please choose a unique username that reflects your personality without infringing on brand trademarks. 

The PayIn feature allows you to add funds to your Deposit wallet within the app. You can use this balance to make In-App purchases of various life packs and other items.

To add money to your Deposit wallet, simply go to the ‘Wallet’ section in the app, select “Deposit”, click on ‘Add’, and tap on the amount you wish to add from the given amounts. Also, if you have any amount in the winnings, you can click on the winnings to add the winnings amount to your deposit wallet.

Currently there is minimum amount of Rs.200 which can be added through payin feature.

No, the funds in your Deposit wallet are exclusively for use within the app for purchasing life packs and other in-app items.

You can view your current Deposit wallet balance at any time by navigating to the ‘Wallet’ section of the app.

Funds added to the Deposit wallet are non-refundable and non-withdrawable. They can only be used for In-App purchases.

2. Unlimited Lives Pack: Offers unlimited lives for all the premium games at Rs.2000/-**. Pack is valid from the date of purchase to the end of the month.
3. You can purchase any life pack based on your requirements. 

You can play the game tournaments every day anytime between 9 AM to 9 PM

Life packs come to your rescue when you run out of attempts in premium games. 

There are 2 types of Lives packs, and you can choose any of them when you run out of your attempts. They are: 

1. Basic Lives Pack: Provides 3+1 lives for Rs. 100/-** (life pack validity is tournament specific )
2. Unlimited Lives Pack: Offers unlimited lives for all the premium games at Rs.2000/-**. Pack is valid from the date of purchase to the end of the month.

“Basic Lives Pack” are valid for the entire duration of the tournament for that specific day.

Lives packs are designed to offer you additional lives when you exhaust your attempts in premium games. These extra lives are instrumental in enhancing your likelihood of achieving high scores on both monthly and weekly leaderboards. By securing higher scores, you significantly increase your chances of winning exciting cash rewards. 

These life packs when purchased,  will only give you extra lives for premium games.

If you do not have deposited balance in the wallet, go to the wallet screen where you can find the “Add Money” option. Click on it and you will be redirected to the PhonePe webpage to add the necessary amount to your Bluboy deposit wallet.  

The Unlimited Lives Pack is priced at Rs.2000/-**, The Unlimited Lives Pack is valid for one calendar month or from the date of purchase till the end of the month in which it is purchased. 

This Unlimited Lives Pack is valid for ‘one calendar month’. For example, If you purchase the unlimited pack in May will be valid from 1st May 2024 till 31st May 2024. Even if you purchase on 30th or 31st of May, it will be valid only up to 31st May, which is to say that the validity is from the date of purchase till the end of the month the pack is purchased in.

The Unlimited Lives feature applies to all premium games on the Bluboy app. These games are chosen to provide a diverse and thrilling gaming experience. 

VIP Tambola is exclusively available to Unlimited Lives Pack holders. Once you purchase the pack, VIP Tambola becomes accessible directly within the app. 

You can purchase the Unlimited Lives Pack directly through the Bluboy app. Navigate to the Player Profile section, tap on Get Unlimited Life Pack, and proceed with the payment. 

Yes, the pack is renewable. You can repurchase it every month to continue enjoying its benefits.
